Norma Fisher - Open masterclass and Q&A

Davidsbündler Academy is pleased to offer public masterclasses with Norma Fisher, professor at the Royal College of Music in London and legendary pianist from the United Kingdom. Norma Fisher was a student of Greek pianist Gina Bachauer and won the Ferruccio Busoni Piano Competition, after which her career and international reputation blossomed. She has performed regularly with all of the UK's leading orchestras such as the London Symphony Orchestra, Philharmonia Orchestra, BBC Symphony Orchestra and many others, often appearing at the Royal Albert Hall during the BBC Proms. Her reputation as a teacher is widespread and many of her award-winning students are well known on the international concert circuit. She is regularly invited as a jury member at competitions such as Gina Bachauer (USA), Sydney Piano Competition (Australia), Young Musicians (Enschede), Newport (Wales) and many others. Norma is also the founder and artistic director of the London Master Classes, which have been held in London for 30 consecutive years.

• Masterclass: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (doors open from 1:30 PM / doors open at 1:30 PM) 
• Student concert: 7:30 PM - 9:30 PM (doors open from 7:00 PM / doors open at 7:00 PM )
